Yes — the farmhouse has an outdoor hot tub with rural valley views. It is typically available year-round, including winter, so guests can soak under the stars after a day of skiing or hiking. If extreme weather forces a temporary closure, we will notify you before arrival.

How far is Bristol Mountain from the farmhouse?

Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is about 6 minutes by car. The aerial adventures, wedding venue, and fall foliage sky rides at Bristol Mountain are the same short drive. It is close enough to run back for lunch or forgotten gear.

Yes. The house has fast WiFi throughout. Guests regularly use it for video calls and remote work, though rural internet can have occasional brief hiccups during heavy weather.

The farmhouse has central heat on the first floor and localized heating in each of the rooms. In the summer we install window units in each of the rooms.

Yes, the farmhouse is pet-friendly. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior notice. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, clean up after them in the yard, and never leave a pet unattended at the property. A pet fee may apply at booking.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the farmhouse. You may smoke outside, away from the house and porches, and must dispose of cigarette butts safely.
